What Is HYROX?
HYROX is a global fitness race. Eight one-kilometre runs, and after each one, a functional workout station. Same eight stations, same order, same weights, at every event in the world.
There are no skills to learn and no qualifying time to hit. It rewards conditioning, strength endurance, and pacing. That is why it has become the most accessible competitive event in fitness, and why our members keep signing up for it.
The eight stations, in race order:
- SkiErg, 1000m
- Sled Push
- Sled Pull
- Burpee Broad Jumps
- Row, 1000m
- Farmers Carry
- Sandbag Lunges
- 100 Wall Balls

HYROX Training for Every Fitness Level
You do not need to be a HYROX athlete to train like one.
Our classes are built to scale. If you have never done a sled push in your life, your coach scales the load and walks you through it. If you have a race on the calendar and a time to beat, you get the same session at race weight with pacing targets attached.
Everybody works in the same room, on the same clock. Nobody gets left behind and nobody gets held back.
We coach three kinds of people, often in the same class:
- Never tried it. You want a workout that is harder and more interesting than what you are doing now.
- Curious about racing. You have watched the videos and want to find out whether you could actually finish one.
- Registered and training. You have a race date and you need a plan, not a workout.
What You Train
Running. More than half of a HYROX race is running, and it is the part most people underestimate. We train pace, and specifically we train running on legs that are already cooked.
Strength. Sleds, carries, lunges, and wall balls demand strength you can repeat under fatigue. We build that with compound lifting and station-specific work.
Endurance. The stations do not get harder. You get more tired. Conditioning work teaches your body to hold output when it wants to quit.
The eight stations. We drill every one of them, then put them back together in the run-station-run sequence that makes race day feel the way it does.

Train in a Facility Built for It
Our 13,000 SQ FT performance facility gives us the space HYROX training actually needs, which is more than most gyms in the area can offer.
You get indoor turf for sled work, carries, and lunges, running space that is not a treadmill, and SkiErg, RowErg, wall balls, sandbags, kettlebells, and more so you are training the movements on the equipment, not on a substitute for it.

HYROX Questions, Answered
What is HYROX? A fitness race made up of eight one-kilometre runs, each followed by a functional workout station. The format is identical at every event worldwide, so you can compare your time against anyone, anywhere. No skills, no qualifying, no time cap.
Can beginners join the classes? Yes, and most of our members started that way. Every workout scales to your current fitness. Your coach adjusts the loads and distances on your first day and moves them as you get stronger.
Do I need to be registered for a race? No. Plenty of our members train HYROX purely because it is the best workout they have found. If you do decide to sign up for a race later, you will already be training for it.
What should I bring? Running shoes, a water bottle, and a towel. That is it. Everything else is here.
When are classes offered?
- Monday: 6:00 AM & 6:30 PM
- Tuesday: 6:00 PM
- Wednesday: 6:00 AM & 6:30 PM

How long is a class? 60 minutes.
Do I need a gym membership to try a class? No. Fill out the form and we will get you into a class to try it first.
