
Brian Truong
Brian was certified as a personal trainer in 2013 and has continued to work in the fitness industry in that time working privately and commercially. He has been involved in fitness for over 20 years as a lifter and, for a time, a competitive powerlifter and weightlifter. Formally setting Provincial and National records in his weight class, he has shifted to working holistically with his clients.
Brian integrates his Counselling Psychology background with his personal training to support his clients mentally, emotionally, and physically. His approach integrates the various modalities that he has learned to address any issues and help clients reach their goals by meeting them where they're at and tailoring the experience to match.
Often described as a jack of all trades and master of none, Brian has an interest in all types of lifting and usage of tools such as Bulgarian bags, kettlebells, Olympic weightlifting, calisthenics, and much more. This has led to a continued pursuit and exploration of movement.
